REBELS WITH A CAUSE

Each Rebels team will be involved in community service. Giving back to the community is important, and we believe that our athletes should value that same belief.

All teams will participate in multiple community service events throughout the year, such as fundraising for charities, volunteering, and more.

Coaches, staff, and parents will be invited to participate as well.

January 2022: Equipment Drive
Fall 2020 & 2021: Thanksgiving Food Drive

This fall, we are once again asking the Rebels to help those less fortunate. We are accepting food donations of nonperishable items to help out local families in need.

June 2019: Headstrong Foundation's Fight Against Pediatric Cancer

This Summer, we are supporting the Headstrong Foundation in their fight against pediatric cancer. Using the link below you can donate to the cause, and just as importantly, share all over social media.

Here is the link: https://pledge.headstrong.org/RebelsLacrosseNY

There are going to be prizes for:

1) Weekly Winner (Teammate with most money raised in a week)

2) Most Raised (Most money raised by end of season)

3) Most Donors (Teammate with the most Donors)

4) Most Activity (Teammate with the most shares)

We will be giving away brand new Epoch Sequel and Prequel heads for prizes 1, 2 and 3. We will be giving away a 1-of-a-kind Cascade S Black Helmet with Chrome Red face mask to the most raised by the end of the season.

This cause is very important to our Rebels family, and anything helps. If you cannot afford to donate, that is OK. It is free to share with your social media friends and e-mail lists.

November 2018: Thanksgiving Baskets

This Thanksgiving, we are asking the Rebels to share their abundance with those less fortunate than themselves. We invite you to join us. A team, a family, a couple of families, a group of friends can fill a basket/container to be donated to a local family in need. A container can be a cardboard box which has been wrapped with wrapping paper; a brown box decorated with stickers, ribbons, bows, etc..a laundry basket, a Rubbermaid bin, a wicker basket, any container that would be seen as pretty and/or useful would be appropriate. Below is a list of all the contents for one basket. The contents of the “basket” need not be limited to the items listed.
